Returns & Exchanges

At Blue Illusion, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
